Awarded by the IPA, CPD Gold recognises agencies that have embedded learning and development into their culture and day-to-day operations.
This latest achievement reflects the environment we’ve continued to build at Hunterlodge over many years. More than the accreditation itself, it’s about creating a place where people are encouraged to grow, develop new skills and keep progressing throughout their careers.
That commitment has helped shape the agency we are today. It supports the way we work with clients, strengthens our team and helps us continue evolving in a constantly changing industry.
This year’s IPA CPD Gold judging panel was chaired by Murray Bisschop, UK Marketing Director at Tesco, who said:
“Judging the IPA CPD Gold Accreditation has been a fantastic experience. We’ve been able to learn how the very best agencies are fostering a culture of learning and development throughout the organisation and the immense value that this brings to the business.”
The IPA also reported that CPD Gold agencies achieved an average return of £7.64 for every £1 invested in learning and development, highlighting the long-term value of continued professional development across the industry.
We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition once again and remain committed to investing in our people and the future of the agency.
