š¼ Career & Work
Whatās been your biggest āpinch meā moment in your career so far?
Getting the opportunity to work within the political space, especially being part of the G20 environment. It was completely unexpected. I remember getting the call and thinking, āwait⦠what?ā and then suddenly I was in it.
Being surrounded by world leaders, prime ministers, and people who operate at that level was surreal. Itās not a space I ever imagined myself stepping into, so to find myself contributing creatively in that environment was definitely a pinch me moment.
What made you want to work in the advertising, creative or education sector?
Iāve always had a very imaginative mind; I think in pictures more than I do in words. For a long time, that made it difficult to express what I was thinking or feeling clearly.
Being in the creative space became a way to bridge that gap, not just for myself, but for others too. I also just love how design sits in peopleās everyday lives without them even realising it. It shapes how people connect, understand things, and even how they feel. Being part of something that can bring that kind of connection or even spark conversation is what makes it exciting for me.
Whatās the best piece of advice youāve ever received (or like to give)?
āStop trying to make everything perfect.ā
Perfectionism can actually hold you back more than anything. Iāve had moments where I didnāt put things out because I felt like they werenāt āreadyā, but sometimes the most impactful ideas come from simply trying, testing, and seeing how they resonate with people.
If you could swap roles with someone at Hunterlodge for a day, who would it be and why?
Dylan, for sure!
Heās such a star at what he does, but also just a whole vibe. Heās so chilled, and I really like the way he approaches things. I feel like Iād learn a lot just from being in his space for a day.
š Personality & Preferences
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Sweet, funny, and easy-going.
Whatās something on your bucket list you havenāt done yet?
Travelling to Japan. Iām really drawn to the design culture there, I find a lot of inspiration in it, so experiencing it in real life would be amazing.
Are you more of a sunrise or sunset person – and why?
Sunrise. It feels really calm, like a way to reset and charge for the day. It just makes me feel more excited for whatās ahead.
If you had to delete all but three apps from your phone, which would you keep?
WhatsApp, Spotify, and TikTok.
WhatsApp to stay connected to people in my life, Spotify because I genuinely canāt function without music, and TikTok to stay in touch with whatās happening in the world.
