đź Career & Work
Whatâs been your biggest âpinch meâ moment in your career so far?
Being trusted with my own portfolio of clients. It felt like a real shift from just supporting campaigns to taking ownership and being accountable for performance. That level of trust definitely stood out for me.
What made you want to work in the advertising, creative or education sector?
Iâve always been drawn to the mix of creativity, curiosity and strategy. Advertising lets you tell stories, but with purpose, youâre not just creating, youâre influencing behaviour and solving real business problems. That balance is what makes it exciting for me.
Whatâs the best piece of advice youâve ever received (or like to give)?
âDonât wait until you feel ready”
If you could swap roles with someone at Hunterlodge for a day, who would it be and why?
Rob, Iâd want to experience the business from a top-level perspective, understanding how decisions are made across teams, how growth is shaped, and what it takes to lead the bigger vision. I think it would challenge how I see my own role and push me to think more strategically.
